Tickets will be available online only for visitors to purchase admission and pre-book their farm stops for the tour at specified times.

Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 10am to 4pm

Tickets are on sale now until 6pm on October 1, if not sold out earlier.

Adults are $5 per person, kids under 14 are free. Ensure that each person obtains both Admission tickets for the day and free Farm Site Entry tickets for each Farm Site they plan to visit for the time they plan to attend.

Please note that there will be no on-site ticket sales.

All Tickets Sold Only Online in 2021

Due to Health and Safety Plans and pandemic reopening limits for events, ticket sales will be restricted to online sales only for 2021.

2021 Guidelines: As per local and provincial regulations, Farm sites are restricted to the number of people that can maintain physical distancing of 2 metres, however, to regulate the flow each site will have limited hourly Farm Site Entry tickets available. Most farm sites will limit to 100 Farm Site Entry Tickets per hour. During registration you will be asked to book your time in hourly visits at each of the Host Farms that you wish to visit throughout the day for your entire group (adults and children). Kids under 14 remain free, however, they are included in the participant attendance count, therefore the reservation system includes children.
Prior to initiating your ticket registration please review the Farm Host Sites below to plan your day. Remember to plan time for travel between Farm Sites and time for stops at Farmers' Markets and Kawartha Dairy. A map of the sites is also provided to assist you. Please select your sites during the registration and ticket purchase process on EventBrite as you cannot change selections after you have completed your registration. When completing your ticket order ensure you have both registration admission tickets as well as Farm Site Entry tickets for each person for each Farm Site you plan to attend for the time of entry.

To assist in estimating travel time and distance between Farm Sites the following chart is provided, with the caution that times and distances may vary depending on traffic volumes, road conditions and speed and route of travel.

 Event-Day Admission Purchase only online
Participants will purchase tickets online through the "Buy Tickets" link above which links to the Eventbrite site. All tickets must be purchased in advance of the event day. No tickets will be sold on-site or at other third-party sites due to COVID-related health and safety protocols. Ticket sales end at 6pm October 1 or when sold out.
Have a Safe and Fun Event Day
Health and safety of participants, volunteers and hosts is a top priority. Protocols have been put in place to allow for physical distancing, and contact tracing will be facilitated through online registration and farm site check-in. Participants are asked to observe all signs and travel through each site as a group with those in your carload. Maintain 6 feet of separation from other guests and the site hosts at all times. Use hand washing and sanitizing stations at arrival and departure from each site, as well as before and after eating. Masks will be required at all stops on the tour. Volunteers will monitor attendee numbers at each site, and if limits are surpassed guests may be asked to wait in their cars briefly until sufficient participants leave the site. See below for full COVID-safety protocols like physical distancing, hand washing, masking, self-assessment, reduced touch points and increased sanitation.

Kawartha Dairy logoWhat's a day out without a stop for Kawartha Dairy ice cream?

As a special treat, advance ticket holders will receive a "Buy one cone, Get one cone free" at Kawartha Dairy in Lindsay or Bobcaygeon coupon. Valid during Farmfest only. Saturday, October 2, 2021. Coupon must be surrendered at time of purchase.

Kawartha Farmfest Passport

Pick up your Kawartha Farmfest Passport when you arrive at your first farm on event day by providing your ticket order confirmation number and contact name. One passport will be issued per group, rather than admission stickers as used in previous years. Use the passport to access all farm sites during event day, recording comments and feedback as you go. At the end of your day, drop your completed Passport in a ballot box at your last stop for Contract Tracing Purposes, and to enter to win a prize basket of Kawartha Farmfest goods!

If you forget to deposit your Passport with comments at the end of the day, you can scan and email your Passport entry to kmaloney@kawarthalakes.ca by October 8, 2021. Winner to be drawn October 13, 2021.
