Jay Ezs

Local Singer Songwriter Lead vocalist for jukeboxheroes.ca will be doing a Solo Acoustic performance. All the greatest hits from the last four decades.

Brian Wride Trio

The Brian Wride Trio are a neo-skiffle band, combining elements of folk, blues, and country and adding an electric edge to render original takes on songs of love, loss, longing, and dysfunction - songs old and new, well-known and obscure.

Complementing Brian’s guitar and lead vocals are Jon Grove on bass and vocals and Brad Jefferies on drums, harmonica, and vocals. The Trio are exclusively a live act, nostalgic for the time before recorded music where music could only be enjoyed in a live setting.

Parker Boulevard House Band

The Parker Boulevard house Band is best described as Tiny bit Country and a lot Classic Rock and Roll
Their song library covers everything from Rock, Soul Ballads Blues Folk and a little Country from the 50’s 60’s up. With special attention to Canadian Artists, including the bands own creations and CHUM CHART hits from the past.

Their performances combine easy listening, toe tapping favorites and full out dance hits from large  national events to private functions, the band always provides a unique musical experience. Come out and enjoy!

Mr. B Band

Mr. B Band is a multi-harmony quartet performing 50s, 60s + 70s hits with Bob May on guitar/vocals, Mike Arthurs bass/vocals, Rick Warren drums and Brad Sales guitar/vocals. Singer/guitarist Bob May has been an active local musician in the area bands since 1999 when he moved to Lindsay from northern Ontario. Bob and teen singer Bethany Rees wrote ‘A Song For Lindsay’, and in 2008, City Council unanimously voted to make it Lindsay’s Official Town Song.

Bob has produced many Academy Theatre fundraising shows benefitting the theatre and Van Halteren’s Music Centre. Back to the 60s was played to an audience of over 500 and raised about $10,000 for the theatre. Recently the Van Halteren fundraiser raised thousands for the store.

Wren Men

Warren Graves and Matt Avery have been playing music together for the last 20 years. Being brother-in-laws, they have enjoyed sharing music at various events and establishments in the Kawarthas over the past decade. Their music could be described as “high energy” acoustic rock covering a variety of Canadian artists and re-imagining hits from the 80’s and 90’s.

Wren Men performances are known for creative arrangements and friendly banter back and forth as they share their passion for performing and connecting with listeners.

Joe DeHaan

Joe DeHaan is an acoustic guitarist and vocalist with over 20 years of experience honing his craft as a performer and songwriter. With roots in the punk scene—where he played bass and sang in various bands—Joe brings an energetic, honest edge to his music while blending it with the storytelling spirit of folk. Inspired by artists such as Frank Turner, Amigo the Devil, NOFX, Our Lady Peace, Bruce Springsteen, The Beatles, and Tim Vantol, Joe draws from a wide musical landscape while naturally gravitating toward punk rock and folk influences.

His original songs reflect personal experiences, growth, and the moments that shape who we become, delivered with sincerity and a raw, engaging style. Whether performing an intimate acoustic set or sharing stories through song, Joe aims to create a genuine connection with listeners through music that is both reflective and full of life.

Newfie Boys

Reg and Lester were born and raised in Newfoundland and both moved to Toronto at a very early age. They met in Toronto and played together for several years as music became part of their lives, mostly Classic Country and Rock & Roll.  Reg now lives in Lindsay and Lester lives in Kirkfield.

Graeme Morrison

Graeme Morrison is a local musician, music instructor, and founder of Morrison Music. An accomplished bassist and guitarist, Graeme’s excited to welcome some of his students and other talented local musicians
to join him for an afternoon of music.

Black Fly Band

Black Fly Band has been in the entertainment business for over 20 years. We are a 5-piece band Playing oldies, country and rock and roll with a little blues, a mix of music to keep everyone dancing. For many years we have played at Jamborees, street dances, trailer parks, Fairs and private parties and have been
the opening act for many big-name acts. We have a number of live shows on our YouTube channel under Black Fly Band that can be seen.

Evan Denley

Canadian indie-folk artist Evan Denley crafts songs that feel lived-in, raw, and unhurried, yet charged with emotional gravity. His music explores the quiet truths of self and otherness, drawing from the human corners of love and time. With soulful melodies, earnest acoustic refrains, and the warmth and grit of his voice, Denley’s work embodies authenticity and vulnerability. His live performances are intimate, each song a quiet confession, each moment an invitation for connection. It’s folk music with a pulse: weathered, tender, and alive in its simplicity.

Douglas MacKenzie

Fresh off a career-defining appearance at the inaugural Rockstalgia Music Festival, Douglas is very pleased to be back at the beautiful Victoria Park Gazebo in Lindsay to perform. A singer/songwriter with one album (More Love to Begin) and a more recent single (Every Day), Douglas brings 55+ years of playing experience and passion for music to every show.

The 100-song request list he brings, includes favourites from six decades of hits. Douglas was recently asked about his perspective on his many years performing in different theatres, from choirs to solo shows and states he’s at the point in in his musical journey where he has an appreciation for what has been, and what may still be. In re-visiting songs he did 40 years ago, he has developed new arrangements that are more satisfying than ever. He’d like to get the message out to those in need while his voice is still capable.

Deez Guys

We look forward to returning to Victoria Park this year with some classic rock favourites, and maybe a few tunes you’ve never heard before. We had a lot of fun last year, and look forward to bringing some great times again on Aug 16th!

Electric City Swing Band

Experience the thrilling sound of Electric City Swing Band (EC Swing), a 18-piece big band based in Peterborough, Ontario — blending fresh and classic swing charts with sizzling Latin tunes, high-energy rock arrangements, and crowd-pleasing pop and modern songs. Featuring impressive soloists, with bold brass, saxes and a top-notch rhythm section all presented with irresistible showmanship.

The Larry Phillips Jr Band

The Larry Phillips Jr Band is a gritty country outfit built on real stories, hard roads, and second chances. Coming out of small-town Ontario, their sound blends outlaw country with a modern edge—raw, unfiltered, and unapologetically honest.

One song, One show, and One story at a time.

Diane Williamson

Diane Williamson is a dynamic singer-songwriter and guitarist known for powerful vocals and an engaging stage presence. Blending rock, folk, blues, and country, she delivers performances that connect deeply and energize every room. Alongside heartfelt originals, Diane reimagines fan-favorite covers with a fresh twist—adding unexpected phrasing, soulful grit, or stripped-down arrangements that make familiar songs feel brand new. Whether in an intimate acoustic setting or a lively venue, Diane creates memorable moments that keep audiences singing along and coming back for more.

Jake Norris and the Side Street Band

Jake Norris and the SideStreet Band are locked, loaded, and ready to tear up your summer. Delivering a hard-hitting mix of Classic Rock and Country edge, they don’t just play the hits — they own them.

Frontman Jake Norris leads with raw power and commanding presence, while Jeremy VanHalteren fires off searing lead guitar. Rev. Andrew White drives rhythm and adds strong backing vocals, Brett McDonnell brings deep bass and tight harmonies, and Jody Anderson pounds it out on drums with relentless energy. From The Tragically Hip to Stevie Ray Vaughan and Elvis Presley, their set is packed with crowd-shaking, sing-along anthems.

Schedule is subject to change. Concerts are weather permitting and held at the discretion of the band. In the event of a cancellation, a notice will be posted on our social platforms and a sign will be posted at the Gazebo. An announcement may also be made on Y91.9FM (whenever possible).
