The purpose of the proposed consent is to address an existing encroachment at 40 Ellice Street, by permitting a lot line adjustment and transfer of a portion of subject land (legally described as Plan 57, Lots 175-180) to 40 Ellice Street (legally described as Part Lot D, Plan 57) in the Geographic Township of Fenelon Falls, now City of Kawartha Lakes.
Kawartha Lakes - As the power has been restored to the vast majority of homes in Kawartha Lakes and all municipal infrastructure, Mayor Elmslie has rescinded the State of Emergency declaration, effective today.
Public consultation is a vital aspect of the Municipal Class EA process, and we appreciate your contribution throughout the planning phase. A Public Information Centre (PIC) will be conducted on April 29, 2025.
