Step 1: Consult with Planning Staff
Please contact the Planning Division to speak with staff prior to submitting a Consent Inquiry or Consent application. Staff will review your proposal and provide direction on the appropriate next step. It may be determined that a Consent Inquiry is required to provide further details on the proposal and to allow staff to complete a more in-depth review.
